I’m Stephanie, a Registered Civil Engineer and at the same time a Technical Virtual Assistant who helps busy business owners manage their administrative, technical, and digital tasks with precision so they can focus on growing their business.

 

I have over 5 years of experience working as a government employee, currently assigned as LDRRMO I (Research and Planning). I handle engineering-related tasks, AutoCad Drafing, GIS mapping, project documentation, data management, and other office and technical work.

 

I also serve in an emergency-response environment at the Emergency Operations Center, where we manage urgent and time-sensitive situations. As part of my mandate, I also report for duty during holidays and non-working days to ensure continuous emergency response and support for community safety needs.

 

On top of that, I act as secretariat during meetings, where I prepare necessary documents, organize schedules, and manage calendar coordination. Through all these responsibilities, I’ve become used to working fast, staying accurate, and handling pressure situations calmly.

I’ve also been trained and gained experience in social media management, email marketing, funnel building, automation, and LinkedIn outreach, so I can also support online business tasks aside from office and technical work. I can learn easily, adapt to new tasks, and open to taking on any roles that may be needed to support business operations.
